Toolkit for facilitators and educators addressing themes like diversity, intersectionality, migration, heritage, identity, belonging, and inclusion in their courses and workshops for secondary and post-secondary learners. The toolkit features a 4-step process (Reflect, Connect, Explore & Share) that deploys interactive and creative methods like embodied mapping, storytelling, empathic listening, photography, and the development of history and heritage timelines. The Roots Guide educational toolkit was developed as part of the Roots Guide project, funded in part by the National Geographic Society and supported by Wageningen University & Research.
